Description: The Campus Worship & Student Coordinator is a shepherd who is as passionate about discipleship as they are about musical excellence. Throughout the week, they will work with the Campus Pastor to strategize how best to lead their campus in a culture of worship and to create opportunities for both students and adults to take their next steps in their faith at the Campus level. They will work closely with ACF’s Worship Director & Student Ministry Staff to grow ACF culture, vision, systems, and processes - creating a culture of unity and ministry dependability across multiple ACF locations.

Description: ACF is launching a School of Ministry - a frontier training ground designed to form and send leaders for the unique spiritual landscape of Alaska. We are seeking a School of Ministry Director who will build, lead, and cultivate this environment - guiding students not just through content, but through deep formation, Spirit-led leadership, and practical ministry experience to form students who deeply love Jesus and His church.

Description: The Campus Outreach & Groups Director is someone who is passionate about gathering, training, and mobilizing people to live out their God-given purpose. They will work with the Campus Lead to plan outreach events/initiatives in the community, create a culture of reaching “one more,” and connect people to groups. They will also help align ACF vision and mission to their campus, creating a culture of unity and consistency across all ACF campuses. This role is designed for the person who loves seeing people use their gifts, be mobilized to reach their community, and disciple others in their relationship with Jesus.

Description: The Assistant Director of Kids Discipleship supports the overall leadership, development, and execution of children’s discipleship programming. This role is focused on helping kids grow in their faith through engaging, age-appropriate experiences while equipping and supporting volunteer leaders. The Assistant Director partners closely with the Kids Director to ensure excellence in weekly services, special events, and ministry operations.
