Description: As the Middle School Director, this will be oversight for all ministry involving students and parents from 6th grade through 8th grade and lead them to live out the ACF Youth Culture mission: For every student to be Known, Valued, Connected, and Discipled in Christ.

Main Leadership Roles:

- Lead all Middle School Ministry & programming.
- Recruit, equip, and empower a serve team responsible for the development and growth of the Middle School students & the ministry.
- Build relationships with students, parents, and serve team inside and outside of the Church.
- Oversee and prepare a ministry calendar including events and opportunities to bring students, parents, and serve team members together in a healthy & fun environment outside of regular weekly ministry.
- Be a communicator capable of hosting a multitude of discipleship conversations with students, serve team, and parents, as well as being able to oversee huddles and teach out of the Word of God.
- Pursue Christ as the Lord and leader in every aspect of life.
