Description: The Campus Worship, Student, & Outreach Coordinator is a shepherd who is as passionate about discipleship as they are about musical excellence. Throughout the week they will work with the Campus Pastor to strategize how best to lead their campus in a culture of worship, as well as creating opportunities for both students and adults to take their next steps in their faith at the Campus level. They will work closely with ACF’s Worship Director, Student Ministry Staff, and Outreach Director, to grow ACF culture, vision, systems, and processes - creating a culture a unity and ministry dependability across multiple ACF locations.

Description: We are seeking a School of Ministry Director who will build, lead, and cultivate this environment—guiding students not just through content, but through deep formation, Spirit-led leadership, and practical ministry experience to form students who deeply love Jesus and His church. This is not a traditional teaching role. The Director will function as a facilitator, coach, and developer of people, helping students wrestle with truth, grow in calling, and step into leadership.

Description: The Palmer Connections Director is someone who is passionate about gathering, training, and mobilizing people to live out their God-given purpose. They will work with the Campus Lead to plan outreach events/initiatives in the community, create a culture of reaching “one more,” and connect people to groups. They will also help align ACF vision and mission to their campus, creating a culture of unity and consistency across all ACF campuses. This role is designed for the person who loves seeing people use their gifts, be mobilized to reach their community, and disciple others in their relationship with Jesus.

Description: The Production Associate supports ACF's Palmer Campus and the Worship Arts Team by overseeing technical production for services, conferences, and special events. They maintain production equipment and workspaces while training and developing volunteers. Working closely with the Worship Arts Team, they help create excellent, dependable, and distraction-free worship environments that reflect ACF’s mission, vision, and values.
