Description: We’re looking for a High School Pastor/Director with a heart on fire for Jesus and a passion for teenagers to discover their true identity in Him. This leader will step into the incredible opportunity of guiding our 9th–12th grade students to know Jesus personally, build life-giving friendships, and live out bold purpose and mission in their schools, communities, and beyond.
If you love connecting with students where they are, creating environments where they belong, and casting vision for them to step into the adventure of following Jesus, this role is for you.
Main Leadership Roles:
- Lead Weekly Student Gatherings: Plan and execute Sunday evening high school experiences that are fun, spiritually engaging, and relevant to Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
- Build a Discipleship Culture: Develop systems that help students grow through small groups, mentoring, and spiritual habits.
- Develop Student Leaders: Equip students to lead in their schools, serve in the church, and live on mission in their world.
- Recruit & Develop Volunteers: Build and support a healthy volunteer team that shares ownership of student discipleship.
- Partner with Parents: Communicate regularly, host parent connection events, and provide support as they raise teens to follow Jesus.

Description: The Campus Worship & Student Coordinator is a shepherd who is as passionate about discipleship as they are about musical excellence. Throughout the week, they will work with the Campus Pastor to strategize how best to lead their campus in a culture of worship and to create opportunities for both students and adults to take their next steps in their faith at the Campus level. They will work closely with ACF’s Worship Director & Student Ministry Staff to grow ACF culture, vision, systems, and processes - creating a culture of unity and ministry dependability across multiple ACF locations.
Main Leadership Roles:
- Responsible for owning and providing senior leadership to Worship Arts ministry & experiences at ACF NE.
- Balancing technical side of WSHP Arts with pastoral leadership.
- Lead worship services weekly. Including, but not limited to: leading rehearsals and service run-throughs, debriefing weekends, and providing/receiving feedback.
- Supervise Campus Production Coordinator to ensure the preparation and execution of weekend services, special events, and COVER leadership at campus.
- Work Closely with Campus Pastor and Worship Director in assisting with the planning, maintaining, and creation of campus Worship and Production operating budgets.
